I am delighted to be sharing my first update as the newly appointed CEO of United H2 Limited (UHL).

It is truly an exciting time to be stepping into this role, especially with the significant progress we have already made, including the progress in the investee companies and the recent completion of the audit. With this work completed, it is a pivotal time for UHL and I look forward to leading it into a planned listing in 2024.

As I take on the responsibilities of CEO, my primary focus will be on delivering shareholder liquidity in the short-term, while also working towards building a solid foundation for sustainable growth for the overall group in the long-term.

With the support of our existing UHL team, our new CFO and the new board members, together with the network of experts that we have in the 37 hydrogen companies, I am confident that we have a strong platform to achieve these goals.

I have been scaling businesses globally for over 25 years and I have joined UHL as it is a unique springboard for companies in the hydrogen ecosystem as they go from early stage through to commercialisation and then maturity. I am excited about the opportunity to work with UHL to build its group of companies.

My background includes Global President at Empower consolidating American media agencies, the CEO at Powerwrap (ASX: PWL) where I listed the business on the ASX and then oversaw its merger with Premium (ASX:PPS), resulting in a significant listed enterprise. I consolidated seven global digital businesses at Nitro and led the sale on the NASDAQ to form SapientNitro (NASDAQ: SAPE), and after that spent seven years at Bennelong Funds Management. I also founded a boutique investment bank in the renewable energy space.

The diverse hydrogen portfolio at UHL presents us with a unique opportunity to establish multiple businesses that will shape the future of transportation and energy.

Leveraging our early mover advantage, particularly with companies such as Aviation H2, H2X Global, National H2, Patriot Hydrogen, and others, I believe we have the potential to transform UHL and a number of the companies within our group into the first global hydrogen breakout success stories.

I am currently engaged in discussions with institutional investors and brokers to gather support as we approach our planned listing and move closer to locking in the timeline over the next months.
