Richard has over 25 years of global leadership experience, including several chief executive and board positions, and has extensive experience in financial services, marketing, social media, and capital markets.

Richard has held roles as CEO of OFX Group, Regional Managing Director of Google in Southeast Asia (including Australia and NZ) and Chief Executive of First Direct Bank in the United Kingdom; all of which followed several international roles with the HSBC Group including being the first Global Head of Internet Marketing.

Richard has held several non-executive board roles and is currently the Chairman of Stone and Chalk and ING Australia.

Richard holds a BSc in Psychology/Statistics and an MBA from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management.
